True

My colleague says biscuits and drinks labelled sugar-free are safe for diabetics to eat as much as you like because they contain no sugar at all, so she snacks on sugar-free biscuits all afternoon. But I read somewhere that sugar-free food can still raise blood sugar. Do sugar-free labelled products really not affect blood sugar for someone with diabetes?
